|| 👩‍🍳🌱BECKY'S BRUSSEL SPROUTS RECIPE!! 🌱👩‍🍳 ||
- A couple handfuls of brussel sprouts
- Soak in water for an hour
- Microwave for 90 seconds in Pyrex dish with 1/2” water and 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
- Cut up 10 dried dates in small pieces and place aside
- Fry 4 pieces of bacon and crumble once cooled… place aside
- Place brussels sprouts on skewers 6-8 per
- Roast on med temp barbecue turning every few minutes till all sides are browned and crispy. Braise with melted coconut oil while roasting.
- Combine brussel sprouts, bacon and dates in bowl adding balsamic vinegar to taste
- Key Ingredient *My favorite balsamic vinegar is from William Sonoma … aged 25 years.
